Privacy policy: Your data is safe with me. I only use it for my purposes, as a way of reaching you with news and offers. I will never sell your data. I protect your data by ensuring my website has an SSL certificate.
 
Purchasing and shipping

Ordering: Can be done directly with me via email and bank transfer. Or you can use the PayPal option on my website. I do not ship work until payment is cleared.
Colour accuracy:  I take great care to photograph my work in natural light to give you a true picture of the colours and texture. However, please be aware that colours can look very different on your screen.
My favourite painting is sold! Please contact me if interested in a specific type of painting or a commission.
Artwork availability: I make every effort to keep my website up to date. Occasionally I fall short of this and I can only apologise.
Shipping: You can expect that I will be getting your order out to with a week and that I will let you know if that is going to be different. Shipping is included within the UK. At the moment I cannot post overseas.
Collection: If you’re in mid-Cornwall, then please do come and collect. It’s great to make a face to face connection with people who’ve bought my work.
Returns: I hope you love the work you bought. If sadly you don’t, that’s fine. You can return it to me within 14 days using the same courier service(at your cost) and have a full refund.
Damaged on arrival: I take tremendous care to pack work but things can go wrong. In that terrible case, please take a photograph of the packaging and the contents and contact me right away.
